Groups & Workshops

We heal in community.

Group therapy offerings provide individuals with an opportunity to engage in therapeutic processes within a supportive and collaborative group setting. Led by trained therapists or facilitators, these sessions typically involve a small group of individuals who come together to explore shared concerns, learn coping strategies, and gain insights into their own experiences.

By participating in group therapy, individuals can benefit from the diverse perspectives, empathy, and encouragement of fellow group members, fostering a sense of belonging and understanding. Additionally, group therapy often offers a more cost-effective alternative to individual therapy while still providing valuable therapeutic support.
