Join us for a transformative morning designed to support rest, celebration, and community for all the mamas. Mom Needs a Moment is a gathering where wellness meets intention — bringing together thoughtful programming, restorative practices, and conversations that inspire.
Your participation in Mom Needs a Moment directly supports The Process Wellness Foundation, a nonprofit committed to making therapy accessible. The Foundation provides low- and no-cost therapy for individuals, couples, families, and teens who otherwise could not afford care, while also ensuring therapist trainees are paid a livable wage, a practice that is uncommon in today’s field.
Throughout the day, you’ll experience an intentional space created for the women who do it all. You’ll have a moment to breathe, rest, laugh (and maybe even shed a few tears!). Hosted at The Nest at Still, a stunning event space that will transport us to make the day a magical moment together.
A highlight of our day is our featured conversation, where Dr. Cassidy and Kristin Gallant, co-founder of Big Little Feelings will walk us through Dr. Cassidy’s debut book, Mom Needs a Moment and how we can all work towards making our moments meaningful and nurturing for each of us. Together, they’ll share perspectives on building meaningful practices that support becoming a calmer, happy, more connected parent.
