Office Hours

Join us on July 15th from 12pm - 2pm.

One of the things I've realized over the years is that being a therapist can feel surprisingly lonely.

There are so many questions that come up once you're actually sitting with clients that no textbook really prepares you for. Sometimes you just need a place to ask the question, hear how someone else would think about it, or realize you're not the only one who's felt that way.

That's why I'm starting Office Hours.

It's not a lecture or a formal training. Think of it more like gathering with other therapists for two hours to talk through the real stuff.

Clinical questions. Ethical dilemmas. Private practice. Boundaries. Burnout. Difficult cases. Building confidence. Navigating supervision. Figuring out what kind of therapist you want to become.

Or maybe you don't even have a specific question—you just want to listen and learn from the conversation. That's welcome too.

This is for pre-licensed and newly licensed therapists who are looking for community just as much as they are looking for answers.

I've made it pay what you can because I know how expensive it is to be early in this profession, and I don't think support and mentorship should be out of reach.

I'd love for this to become a space where we can think together, ask honest questions, and remind each other that none of us were meant to figure this work out alone.

I hope you'll join me.
